“Time for fun!”

— 6 year old French Immersion student in Alberta

  • The Program

This is a year-round program with closures for:
    • All statutory and civic holidays
    • Halloween
    • Remembrance Day
    • 2 weeks at Christmas
    • 1-2 Weeks in February or March
    • The summer month of July

  • Participation

Every child participates in reading and writing.

Your child will practise, learn, and build their skills with confidence.

In this way, they can apply newly learned tips and tricks, and proper enunciation.

  • Prerequisite to learning to read

Your child will be ready to read when they can remember phonetic letter sounds, and sound out groups of 3-4 letters making up a single word.

Not to worry, we’ll teach them the sounds!

  • Bring on Show & Tell!

Because we cannot be physically together, Show & Tell brings in an element of Spirit building and community.

After the end of every class, one child will show their peers something they would like to share with them. It can be whatever they like!

  • Boy absorbed in his show-and-tell activity and explaining the finer details.

  • Calendar

A program calendar listing all program closures is provided with registration. An update is provided every October. This will help you plan ahead.

  • Sharpened pencils in an easy-access container.
